Program Spotlight: Abstract- Experimental Shorts

Our experimental shorts block features experimental works of all types. Wiggah, for example, is described as “the biggest blackest whitesploitation comedy musical you’ve ever seen.” The block also features Love Hitch, which uses animation created from still images on a flatbed scanner. Adam Badlotto, the filmmaker behind Love Hitch, won Best Experimental last year for his film Only in Dreams. Could he become the first filmmaker to win back to back awards at Festivus?!
