John Common to play Friday Night

The Friday during the festival we always bring in a band to rock the crowd. This year we’re very excited that John Common & Blinding Flashes of Light will be playing! Their show starts immediately after the last screening on Friday (Jan. 14) at the Oriental Theater, right around 10:30.
Blowing up the local indie rock scene, they were recently named a Top 20 Underground Band by the Denver Post. John Common’s music can pin you to the wall, break your heart, or itch your groove bone. John says he always dreamed of being a filmmaker or a painter, but we’re lucky he ended up as a musician instead. Special pre-sale price of $5 available online only.
